Terms & conditions
We welcome children over the age of 12. Reservations are based on double occupancy per room. Any additional guest for the Avalon Suite will be charged $35/person/night. We expect you to honour an agreed upon cancellation policy of 7 days, and if you cancel within 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, a fee of one night's stay will be imposed. Smoking on the premises is permitted (only) in our spacious gardens and on our rear deck.

Cancellations
We require a one night deposit to secure your reservation. To obtain a full refund, cancellations must be via e-mail to info@haddonhouse.ca no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Allergies/dietary restrictions
If you have allergies or particular dietary restrictions, please inform us prior to your arrival.
 
Check-in/out & luggage drop-off
Official check-in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM and check out time is by 11 AM.  If you require early luggage drop-off, please provide prior notice.  Check- ins AFTER 6 PM must provide prior notice!
 
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7:00-9:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made (for business travellers, at a time of their choosing).
 
Guest parking
There is free reserved guest parking located in the rear yard underneath the pergolas.  Temporary parking on the front entrance driveway is available for check-in and luggage retrieval purposes.

Legal
We will not be responsible for any omission, negligence or error due to website maintenance or difficulties.  The property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewellery, or any other valuables. For your safety, please lock all doors, windows and front main entrance when coming and going.

Privacy Statement
Your privacy is very important to us! All disclosed information including your email address, name, company name, address, phone number or fax number will be used solely for the purposes of contacting you in reply to your requests for information or reservations availability for follow-up purposes and is not sold, rented or otherwise given to third parties and is divulged only when you request us to make a reservation. At this point, the information and/or credit card information is used solely for processing your payment.
